How do I view my MCT data?

You can access the Browse Page by clicking the Browse button in the navigation bar, or by clicking the Browse link from the Home Page once you have logged in. The Browse Page looks very similar to the Add MCT page but has additional form elements at the bottom of the page to allow you to specify a sorting option.

How do I use the Browse Page?

By default, all you should have to do is click the Search button at the very bottom of the Browse Page to retrieve all of your MCT records. If you wish to limit the results to a subset of your MCT data, you can supply values for some of the entry boxes and pulldown menus and then click the Search button. Only the records matching the values will be returned. For example, if you enter BOS in the Affected Airport field, only the MCT records with BOS as the Affected Airport will be returned.

You may also specify the sorting method used to display your matching MCT recrods. By default, it will be order by MCT value, but you can select any other field from the "Sort results by:" pulldown list.

How do I adjust the number of records displayed on each page?

The "Results per page" value can be changed uner your Preferences page. A large value can dramatically increase the time it takes to display your results.

How do I edit an MCT record?

In order to edit a record, you must first pinpoint which record you wish to edit. To accomplish this, you must first use the Browse Page to retrieve your MCT records. The result page from a search will list each record and allow you to edit any of the fields unless you are logged in as a Guest. Make changes to as many of the records as you like and hit the Save Changes button to commit your changes.

How do I delete an MCT record?

Similar to the Edit Page, you must first use the Browse Page to find the record you wish to remove. When you see the list of matching MCT records, scroll to the far right and click the checkbox associated with the record. You can tag as many records as you like to delete more than one record at a time. Click the Delete Tagged button to remove the tagged records. Once a record has been deleted, there is NO WAY TO RECOVER IT!
