Airline - A Next/Previous MCT data field. Usually the IATA of the airline company.

Airline Account - Consists of the airline name and shared password. Each airline account can support multiple users (with the same airline password) and stores all MCT data for that airline is avialable to all of its users.

Airline Designator - A two (sometimes three) character code that represents your airline. In most cases, this will be an IATA recognized designator, but MCTWare supports non-IATA recognized designators as well.

Airport - A Next/Previous MCT data field. Usually the IATA designator for the airport. Body Type - A Next/Previous MCT data field. Additional information regarding the plane. Can be used independently or in conjunction with Equipment field. Browse - The MCTWare term describing the ability to search through your MCT records.

City - A Next/Previous MCT data field.

Country - A Next/Previous MCT data field.

Direction - MCT data field. Indicates if the MCT record represents bi-directional information, or one-way information. i.e. Does the record represent BOS to JFK to ORL AND ORL to JFK to BOS, or just the specified direction.

Discontinue Date - The valid ending date of the MCT record.

DOM/INT - MCT data field. This field represents Domestic/International connections.

Effective Date - The valid start date for the MCT record.

Equipment - A Next/Previous MCT data field. Three letter/number combination indicating what aircraft type is used for the concerned MCT record.

Flight Numbers - MCT data field. The alphanumeric identifying field of a flight. You usually specify a range of flight numbers when creating an MCT record.

Frequency - The days of the week that the MCT record is valid for. Ex: 12.4... maps to Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday.

Help - Access to the on-line help system.

IAT - MCT data field. The "Inter-airport Transfer" time usually represented in minutes.

MCT - Minimum Connect Time is the time spent on the ground at an intermediate airport.

MCTWare - This system. Used for storing, editing, and publishing your airline's MCT data.

Navigation menu - The list of links at the top of your browser's window. It provides access to the various features of MCTWare. It will contain different options depending on if you are accessing the on-line help, or are just using MCTWare.

Next - The grouping of MCT data fields representing an MCT record's "To" information. For example, if the MCT in question flies from BOS to JFK to ORL, any data associated with ORL would be considered "Next" data.

Password - The password for your airline that allows you and your coworkers access to MCTWare. The password must be shared between you and the other users of your airline. Passwords should be difficult to guess, so you should not make them the same as your username or airline name.

Preferences - The MCTWare term describing the ability for individual users to define which MCT data fields they are interested in along with Email lists and Guest settings.

Previous - The grouping of MCT data fields representing an MCT record's "From" information. For example, if the MCT in question flies from BOS to JFK to ORL, any data associated with BOS would be considered "Previous" data.

Publish - The MCTWare term used to describe the process of distributing your MCT data to a user defined list of email addresses.

Record Creation - MCT data field. The date and time the MCT record was added to MCTWare.

Record Modified - MCT data field. The date and time the MCT record was last modified. This information will be overwritten each time a record is modified.

Record Status - MCT data field. Distinguishing field representing the current "state" of the MCT record. Accepted implies this is a well known, unchanged record from last publication. Edited can be used to indicate that an MCT record has been modified since last publication. Deleted indicates that an MCT record will be deleted after this publication.

State - A Next/Previous MCT data field. Usually used in conjunction with the Country/City data fields.

Terminal - A Next/Previous MCT data field. The terminal for the next/previous airport.

User Account - The separate accounts for each person of any given airline. Each user has a unique (by airline) username, but they all share the same airline password.

Username - A name to distinguish one user from another. Usernames must be unique within an airline, but they all share the same airline password.
