My coworkers and I have different fields!

That is entirely possible. Each user, even if they belong to the same airline, can have their own set of data preferences. This provides greater flexibility, but may potentially add some confusion when you and your coworkers first start using MCTWare. You and your peers may want to discuss the data fields and arrive a mutual agreement about how your preferences should be set for each data field. However, if you ever need/want to have a different view than your coworkers, you can.

What are the Guest fields?

The Guest fields allow you to control Guest access to your MCT data. You will see a checkbox that you can use to enable (if checked) or disabled (not checked) Guest access. When Guest access is enabled, people can log into MCTWare under your airline if they provide the proper Guest password. You can enable/disable Guest access or change the Guest password at any time from the Preferences page.

Guests are only allowed to view your MCT data. Guests cannot add, modify, or delete your data. Guests are also not allowed to use the Publish page.

How do I change my data fields?

Use the first table with the blue and grey rows to change your MCT data preferenes. Each field contains a checkbox under its name that you can use to enable/disable that particular field. For example, if you don't wish to use the Country, City, or State fields, make sure their associated checkboxes are empty and then click the Update Preferences button. From that point on, you will not see those three fields when adding, browsing, printing, or publishing your MCT data. You can always go back and enable those fields if you decide to use them.

How do I delete an email address?

In the lower half of the Preferences page, you should see a list of your publishing addresses. You can modify them by changing the listed values and clicking the Update Addresses button. However, if you want to delete a particular address, you must click its associated checkbox under the Tag to Delete field. When you hit the Update Addresses button, any addresses that have been tagged will be deleted.
